Why We Love Networking (and Why It Means So Much to Us)

At the heart of everything we do with Tisha and Deb is a simple belief: networking should feel genuine, supportive, and human.

We didn’t set out to create just another networking space. We wanted to build a community—one where people feel seen, heard, and valued. A place where relationships come before business cards, and collaboration matters more than competition.
It’s Always Been About the People
What we love most about networking is the people we meet along the way. Every conversation has a story behind it. Every entrepreneur, creative, and community leader brings something unique to the table, and we believe those differences are what make connections powerful.
When people walk into our spaces, our goal is for them to feel welcome immediately—no pressure, no pitching, no pretending. Just real conversations, real curiosity, and real support.
Creating Space for Authentic Connection
Networking doesn’t have to feel transactional. In fact, we believe the best connections happen when you slow down and actually listen. We intentionally create environments where people can show up as themselves, share their journey, and build trust organically.
Some of the most meaningful collaborations we’ve seen didn’t start with a sales pitch—they started with a genuine “tell me more about what you do” or “how can I support you?”
That’s the magic we aim for every time.
Community Over Competition—Always
One of our core values is collaboration over competition. There is room for everyone to grow, succeed, and shine. We love watching connections form, partnerships take shape, and confidence build—especially among women and small business owners who may not always feel supported in traditional networking settings.
Celebrating each other’s wins, offering encouragement during challenges, and showing up consistently for one another—that’s what real community looks like to us.
Why We Keep Showing Up
We love networking because it reminds us why we started. It fuels us. It inspires us. And it reinforces the idea that meaningful work happens when people come together with intention and heart.
Seeing relationships grow beyond our events—friendships formed, collaborations launched, businesses supported—is the greatest reward we could ask for.
Grateful for Every Connection
We’re incredibly grateful for every person who chooses to show up, share space, and build community with us. Networking, when done with authenticity and care, becomes so much more than business—it becomes connection, growth, and shared purpose.
And that’s exactly why we love what we do.
